Telecentro & Alexa

Alexa, Amazon's voice assistant, arrived in Argentina at the hands of Telecentro. This addition to the service's packages provided by the company expand the target to a new exclusive segment.

The challenge:
Amazon Alexa is an unknown technology for most users in the country, so there is no knowledge of what it is for or how to use itnor how it can enhance the entertainment experience.

The solution:
I worked on a 100% explanatory TV commercial, which goes through the different assets, exemplifying their use. In addition, I created a precision Marketing campaign in which individual pieces were made displaying each of the assets. This digital campaign showcased the asset that was closer to web users interests to have a tailored communication and increase return of investment (ROI).

Outdoor, printed and social media ads reinforced this campaign.

Special packaging was also design creating a fulfilling experience since first sight.
